Develop your inner rock star with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Pound is a fun low-impact or high impact way of exercising, and is a great way to get some movement in no matter your age.
Classes will be $8.00 per class (your first class is free) and Janis is going to do a frequent visitor card so that every 10th class is free.
About the Instructor: Janis, our financial secretary, is a certified Pound Pro, who also has her certificate in personal training, and absolutely fell in love with Pound!! Please register with Janis to let her know you are coming. The only thing you need to bring is yourself, a water bottle, and a fun attitude. You may rock out in sneakers or your bare feet.
