New to First UCC?

Welcome to First UCC in Quakertown, PA. If you are visiting our site for the first time, we pray that you find what you are looking for, and we would like to respond to you and offer love, help, and empowerment as taught by Jesus.

We know that it’s not always easy to visit a new church, so we are hoping you will find enough information to give us a try. If you would like to visit us, we are located in the heart of Quakertown at the cross streets of Park Avenue and 4th Street (one block East of Quakertown Community High School). We have street parking plus a large parking lot off 4th Street that offers additional handicap parking.

You can also enter our address into your GPS for turn by turn directions: Quakertown, PA; 151 S. 4th Street. Or get directions by entering your starting point into MapQuest.

If you would like to join us for worship, we have two worship times. Our Sunday service begins at 9:15 am. Our Saturday service is held on the second Saturday of each month beginning at 5 pm. The Sunday service is held in our sanctuary which is located closest to Park Avenue. The Saturday service is held in the chapel. The entrance on 4th Street closest to our parking lot is the door closest to the chapel. For people who have trouble walking distances, it’s best if you park on the street near Park Avenue and enter the red doors on 4th Street.

If you are visiting our church office, the hours of operation are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The entrance on 4th Street closest to our parking lot is the door closest to the office. Enter the doors and turn right down the hallway to find the office.

For most evening activities, whether its Overeaters Anonymous or Girl Scouts, you can enter through the parking lot glass doors. There is a long sidewalk that runs along the building leading to the parking lot entrance into the church. This is the entrance that is normally open for evening activities and has a handicap accessible ramp.
